After an internship at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, in 2001 Francesca Martino joined Andersen Corporate Finance, where she built a significant experience in M&A, valuations, business planning, financial modeling, debt restructuring, market analysis and other financial advisory activities.
In 2004 she joined EnVent team, where she has developed a specific expertise in Debt Restructuring and in the Retail and Consumer Goods industries.
She is in charge for the development of international partnership and Equity Capital Market.

In 1999 he reached Unilever in the Management Accounting division. In 2000 he joined Andersen Corporate Finance where he built a significant experience in M&A and corporate finance activities. In 2004, before joining EnVent team – where he has developed a particular expertise in Special Situations and in the Energy and Financial Institutions industries – he worked in Banca d’Italia. Alessandro joined EnVent Capital Markets in 2019 as a director and board member. Here, he is responsible for Business Innovation, the company’s unit dedicated to the provision of innovations-related services, advising and competences to businesses, institutions and investors, and for the company’s  Investment Advisory unit fully dedicated to high-quality equity investment advice for institutions and asset managers. Previously, he worked as a strategy director at Hub Innovazione Trentino as responsible for the business strategy and internationalisation of the newly formed company in the field of new technology transfer and venturing support. Before that, Alessandro worked many years as a senior technology executive for Imperial Innovations Ltd in London (UK). In this role, he was responsible for the process of the technology transfer into market of high-value intellectual property and innovations deriving from the scientific research carried out at the Imperial College London in the fields of engineering and ICT, and for the formation and investment in high-growth innovative start-ups originating from the same world-leading scientific institution. Prior to this role, he spent more than twelve years as responsible for the design, development and launch of innovative products and systems in aerospace and automotive.
